The newly released archaeology thriller The Atlantis Code, anonymously penned by Charles Brokaw who is a pseudonym for some famous author, academic, scholar, was a tremendous disappointment. Ive always been entranced with the Atlantis myth and usually enjoy all the various twists that authors of this genre are able to concoct around this ever /5. The book takes a little bit of accepting the hard-to-believe, but once you do, this tale is hard to put down. The plot has more twists and turns than the mazes written about in this tale. The idea of learning more about our world and our people from the caves would intrigue anyone interested in the world around us.

The cods tale is quite tragic. I love history and anthropology; therefore, I love this book. Cod by Mark Kurlansky is interesting and fact filled, and I find that presenting recipes and fun information related to the cod throughout and at the end is a nice touch and a welcome respite from the narrative/5.

Cod, Mark Kurlansky’s third work of nonfiction and winner of the James Beard Award, is the biography of a single species of fish, but it may as well be a world history with this humble fish as its recurring main character.

Cod, it turns out, is the reason Europeans set sail across the Atlantic, and it is the only reason they could. Access Google Docs with a free Google account (for personal use) or G Suite account (for business use).Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Meltdown (Book 13) Added to basket.
